I Had An Instinct To Give My Son An Igbo Name And It Wasn't A Mistake — Fayose

Ayodele Fayose, the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, has once again as always poured encomium on the Igbo race, and hailed their resilience, tenacious and entrepreneurial spirits.

He said: "I didn't know I will be a Governor when I named my son Chukwuemeka. My wife is from Ekiti yet I was able to name my son an Igbo name. It means that God knows there will be a strong relationship between myself and Igbos.

Igbos are courageous people, enterprising, and hardworking. I will continue to associate and love Igbos".
