Biafrans must storm Abuja on 10th of January 2017, as the court case of Nnamdi Kanu has now drawn the attention of the International community over Nigerian government's refusal for a free and fair trial for the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra.
Nnamdi Kanu, a prisoner of conscience was arrested on October 14, 2015, and has been incarcerated for over one year by the tyrant president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.
It is indisputable to all and sundry that Nnamdi Kanu did nothing contradicting the international law guiding the right to self determination; hence it defies logic why the government of Nigeria has accused him of treasonable felon, and even desperate to try him secretly.
Nnamdi Kanu is the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide. He has been arraigned in court several times and has been granted bail and unconditional release on different occasions which the Nigerian government led by Muhammadu Buhari is yet to heed to. Instead, the of Nigeria DSS brought out another file saying that they have some witnesses who are going to testify against Nnamdi Kanu in secret, after they have accused him in public.
The judge presiding over the case, Ms. Binta Nyako has ruled and insisted that there will be a secret trial in the case, despite a strong opposition from the counsels to the defendants.
After studying the ways and manners of the past and present judges that has handled this case, it is now very clear that there is someone who is manipulating the Nigeria judiciary, which is no any other person than President Muhammadu Buhari.
Nevertheless, the whole world is also ready to witness the upcoming court sitting coming up on 10, 11 and 12th of January 2017 at the federal high court Abuja. Human Rights Organizations, the International Media and many other foreign observers will be present to see what has been going on in the court and to know the major reason for the unnecessary prolonging and adjoining of the case.
With these medium, We are calling on business men and women in and outside Abuja to dedicate this day for Nnamdi Kanu and let's us all storm the federal high Court Abuja in solidarity and love we have for our brother, son and leader who has dedicated all he has for the restoration of Biafra.
We must stand with Nnamdi Kanu on 10th of January 2017.
SAY NO TO SECRET TRIAL!
